Arsenal played Manchester City in their final game of the pre-season.
Arsenal welcomed back the likes of Aaron Ramsey and Alexis Sanchez against City but could not score in the first-half. Arsenal had chances to score and should’ve been ahead a the break but it was Sergio Aguero who opened the scoring.
In the second-half, it was a different story. Arsenal scored three goals in the second-half as their greater fitness proved telling. City did score another goal to tarnish the performance but it was the injury to Gabriel which put a dampener on events.
