Another supporter encouraged the club to give Andoni Iraola a sendoff to remember in his final game at the Vitality Stadium, stating: “Red Army. Go cherries. Let’s give the gaffer a good parting gift.”

A third Arsenal fan sent a similar message to Bournemouth as they hold the power to end Manchester City’s title challenge, writing: “Red Army! I know that’s right! Go, you Cherries!”

A fourth supporter joked that they cannot find their Cherries scarf: “Can’t seem to find mine anywhere. Can I get a new one when I get to the stadium?”

Another fan added: “Can I come? Am I invited? I want to come and sing!! Bournemouth is the greatest football club in England! Come on you, Cherries.”

Finally, a sixth Arsenal fan commented: “My brothers. Godspeed. Red army.”
