  • Mikel Arteta could be destined to build a dynasty.

Despite tasting defeat in the Champions League final to Paris Saint-Germain, Arsenal and their millions of fans worldwide have every reason to be positive about the club’s future.

As Thierry Henry said, Arsenal had an “outstanding season” as they won the Premier League title and look primed to reign supreme in England as well as in Europe in the coming years.

Furthermore, Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Mikel Arteta’s side have already started working on bringing in new signings.

The “priority” at the Emirates Stadium is to sign a top winger as well as a midfielder and a right-back.

With Romano confirming three summer signings seem likely and more could make their way to this Arsenal side, fans were ecstatic on X as Mikel Arteta’s successful project could be further elevated.

Arsenal fans excited as Mikel Arteta could make three new summer signings

One fan claimed Arsenal’s defeat to PSG is no longer on their mind as he expects the club to win the Champions League next season: “They’re going to win me the Champions League next season. I’m over Saturday already.”

Another supporter expressed how brilliant life is supporting Mikel Arteta’s side right now, writing: “Literally two days after the final and one day after the parade and I’m already in full transfer window mode. What a time to be a Gooner.”

A third Arsenal fan was excited about a winger being the club’s main target, as they wrote: “Top winger is the priority. ’26/27 [season] is going to be a movie.”

Another fan believes the North Londoners will be in contention to win every piece of silverware in the following campaign: “We’re going for everything next season.”

Declan Rice pinpointed the “jealousy” from Arsenal’s detractors about their success and a fifth and final fan reckons the club’s rivals are set to have a tough time next season: “It’s gonna be long season for rival fans ngl [not going to lie].”

Arsenal are showing ambition and any group of supporters love seeing their side do so.

Mikel Arteta should build a dynasty at Arsenal

Mikel Arteta’s target should be to build a dynasty at the club. Pep Guardiola has left Manchester City and the Sky Blues, alongside Chelsea and Liverpool will have a new manager in charge next season.

Michael Carrick and Roberto De Zerbi will also head into their first full campaigns as Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur bosses respectively.

If Arsenal make the right signings, they could defend their league title as they are far more stable than their rivals, which further justifies the fans’ excitement.
