It seems like one of the first orders of business for Arsenal sporting director Andrea Berta in the summer is to sign Morgan Rogers.
Arsenal have contacted Rogers’ representatives and have asked to be updated about his plans for the future.
The 23-year-old is one of the best attackers in the Premier League, capable of playing behind the striker and as an inside forward off the left as well.
Mikel Arteta wishes to sign Rogers and several Arsenal fans on X agree with the Spanish tactician.
Arsenal fans keen to sign Morgan Rogers
Rogers is open to joining Arsenal and one fan is completely on board due to his quality and how exciting the versatil attacker is, writing: “Morgan Rogers is genuinely so so so so so so so so so so good and if we do sign him this summer, I’m a very happy man he has the unique ‘ooooooh’ ability to get people out of their seats.”

A third fan explained how Arsenal targeting young Jeremy Monga and Eberechi Eze’s presence would make Rogers’ addition the perfect one, stating: “Rogers makes even more sense with Monga and Eze. Eze is 28 next season. Monga is 17 next season. Rogers is 24 next season. You pair Rogers and [Gabriel] Martinelli for the LW. When Eze is old, you transition Rogers back to AM [attacking midfield]. Monga takes the step up at LW [left-wing].”

Another supporter referenced Rogers lauding Arsenal as the best team in England and admitting that there was no shame in Aston Villa losing 4-1 to them in December, highlighting his maturity while hailing the player’s quality: “They’re about to cook again. Rogers fits like a glove in this squad, the technical profile, the mentality (his interview after the match in December is case in point, no ego), the durability. Time to take it to another level. Let’s go.”

Lastly, a fifth Arsenal fan explained how Rogers would be a huge upgrade on Leandro Trossard from central zones of the pitch, writing: “The more I’m watching Morgan clips, the more excited I’m getting. You see the really deep and central positions that Trossard takes up for us? Imagine Rogers in those driving [with the ball].”

It’s safe to say that the Emirates faithful are over the moon about the links to the former Manchester City man.
Aston Villa have already decided Morgan Rogers sale stance
As much as Arsenal fans admire him, Aston Villa intend to keep Rogers.
If Villa do end up selling their talisman, Unai Emery’s side could demand over £100 million as a starting price according to the representatives of players at the club.
With Rogers contracted to Aston Villa until 2030, the Birmingham-based club will have to decide whether to keep him or sell the Europa League winner to comply with financial rules to fund their squad building process.
